Organization

Organization of activities begins with the determination of WBS-structure.
WBS (Work breakdown structure) can be automatically put together by division on Bill of quantities. In this case, the division is automatically associated with activities and WBS. WBS structure can further altered. Activities can be sorted according to hierarchical structure of WBS-items
The program propose an optimal ratio of workers in the group. Based on the standard calendar group selected and the amount of activities proposed duration of activities. It is possible to define subcontractors, and its price for each activity.

Gantt Chart

Gantt chart can be connected to the activities and the activities can be calculated by PDM method (from start or from end of project).
At the same time histogram allows to optimize use of resources.

Reporting:

S-curve

The S-curves are very powerful project management system. Example: If we have selected concrete steel we find out few things: the earliest date of installation, the latest dates, actual dates. The curve is based on the saved baseline in (state project at the time of saving) and the earliest and latest dates and these dates are shown in red and blue lines. Green Line - implementation - is drawn from the amount it spent in working order or cumulative input consumption, and displays the actual state of the installation materials.  S-curve listings may be on a daily or periodic basis. This means that the user gets information:
 - How much material should be incorporated in a range from the earliest / latest period,
 - How much material is actually built.
In this program calculates the daily amount (based on date range in which the material is embedded), observes the holidays, etc. The program now includes S-curve: sales, types of workers (carpenters, masons ...), materials, machinery, expected revenues, expected expenses - with daily or periodic printouts.

Analysis

The analysis module used three-dimensional cube. User can quickly make report by change column order or filtering. Once created the appearance of the report can be saved - as a template with or without or data.
It is possible to set additional requirements through the creation of the query. All reports can be exported to Excel. Ad-hoc reporting for user comfort.
